| Entry Fees: |
| No membership dues, no annual fees, no special buy-ins.
Entry fees are $750. per event and include green fees and carts;
practice rounds are not included and are the sole responsibility of the
player. Fees must be received ten days before the scheduled event;
confirmations will be provided as received. Current methods of payment
are: personal check, cashiers check and money orders. |

| Rules: |
Play will be governed in accordance with the rules of golf
of the United States Golf Association. Local course rules or special
amendments may be used in conjunction with the USGA rules as deemed
necessary, and will be posted in advance accordingly.
We will play from one set of tees and welcome all players that
meet the eligibility requirements, without exception. Caddies are
optional and will be able to ride, when space is available. No more than
two carts per group. Pairings/tee times for tournaments will be
available from the hosting golf course pro shop 72 hours prior to the
event. No special requests will be taken for tee times or pairings.
Players may be subject to penalty shots or suspension for
unbecoming or non-professional behavior during a tournament event. This
can include but is not limited to throwing clubs, verbal abuse or vulgar
language. No cell phones allowed during play. |

| Dress Code: |
| Attire and appearance must be professional and appropriate
in all events; Bermuda shorts are permitted however, no denim or
cut-offs allowed. Players are responsible for their caddies appearance
as well... collared shirts or mock neck golf shirts are required. No
open toe sandals, no metal spikes, no exceptions. The Director of Golf
or appointed official shall interpret the above listed regulations and
rules. |

| Cancellations: |
| Withdrawals will be accepted for any reason, without penalty
when notice is given 72 hours before the event. Withdrawals without
appropriate notice may be subject to a penalty fee to cover
administrative expenses, along with any course fees incurred.
Suspension of play as a result of weather conditions: if play cannot be
continued once a round is started, tournament will be rescheduled for a
later date... refunds will be given, less any course costs incurred. |
